5% French oak barrel fermented.​

Aging potential: 2-3 years.

This is an unconventional wine. Don't expect to find a traditional Viognier. This white wine has a pale lemon color, and fresh aromas of white and stone fruits such as pears and apricots, combined with citrus and floral notes. The palate is vibrant with firm refreshing acidity. Light-bodied, yet compelling.

Vinyes Ocults started as Garage Winery in 2007 with grapes from high-quality vineyards in Uco valley. A work of art from Tomás Stahringer.

The name of the winery means "hidden vineyards" in catalan, and it refers to the location of the vines that are hidden behind Poplar trees.
