Harvest by hand (Second half of February). 

This wine is 70% fermented in barrels and aged on lees for 8 months in new French oak barrels.

Torrontés is a white wine grape originally from Argentina, a natural crossing of Muscat of Alexandria and Criolla chica, although some say it includes another unidentified variety.

This dry wine has a fruity and fresh character in the nose. Intense and elegant, with a floral background reminiscent of roses. Accompanied by notes of vanilla from the oak. This Torrontés has a good structure, balance, and freshness.
