100% Malbec from Lujan de Cuyo, Mendoza - Argentina

This wine is expressively fruity and fresh. A Malbec without oak ageing was unthinkable in the past. Even though it does not sound so crazy anymore, this is a unique wine, intense and well balanced.

Bottle ageing: 6 months. 

Tasting notes:

Color: Bloody red with fuchsia notes. Clear, consistent and integrated. Aroma: Reminiscent notes of cedar, caramel and liquorice. Fruity aromas of plum and strawberry marmalade. This wine shows itself fresh and spicy, without loosing the confit plum notes. The most present spices are cinnamon and clove. Palate: Sweet attack, honest. The medium palate is filled with coffee, vanilla, cedar and red currant marmalade notes.
