40% of the volume is aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels from the 3rd use, followed by 6 months in bottle.

Tasting notes: Good intensity, expressing notes of red fruits, aromas of cherry jam and hints of spices that take prominence in the glass within minutes of serving. It is an elegant wine, with silky tannins and a natural acidity that gives it freshness. A faithful exponent of the terroir of La Consulta.
